The training session, scheduled for 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, will be free to join and focuses on selling off-plan developments, a key skill in Dubai’s fast-paced property market. Spencer Lodge, known across the region for his business insights and award-winning podcast, will host the event. The goal is clear: make history while delivering top-tier real estate training to a global audience.
Dr Nour El-Serougy will lead the session, drawing from over two decades of experience in property investment and education. As CEO of HRE Properties and Senior Faculty at the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, his expertise will be central to this record-breaking undertaking.
After the training, an expert panel featuring Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy will share insights into future prospects for investment in Dubai Islands.
High-level participation from regulatory authorities and government bodies affirms the event’s strategic importance for Dubai’s real estate future.
