The Tennis for Free sessions are relaunching in Gosforth Central Park and Exhibition Park on Saturday 21st April and Sunday 22nd April respectively. The sessions are from 1-3pm.
The sessions are free coach led tennis sessions for the whole family aged from 3 years plus using fun drills and games based play. Each session is divided into 3 sub groups - Tots/ Parents, Beginners for adults/ children aged 8-15 and Improvers for adults and strong juniors 16 plus that can rally and play points. All equipment is provided at each park.
Players need to sign up to the website for the park they are attending and then book onto the session in advance. Details for each park are as follows:

Active Football runs weekly on a Tuesday and Thursday and is a great way to improve your mood and wellbeing in a friendly and social environment
