When it comes to upgrading your car, selling your current one privately can sometimes feel like more effort than it’s worth. You put the advert up, answer the same questions over and over again, wait around for people who never turn up, and then deal with buyers trying to knock hundreds off the price on your driveway. For a lot of people, that’s exactly why part exchanging has become the easier option. A part exchange basically means trading your current car in as part payment towards your next one. The dealership handles everything at the same time, which saves a…
Most people underestimate the bathroom. It’s small. It’s practical. Easy to overlook when thinking about home improvements — and yet estate agents will tell you, without hesitation, that it’s one of the first things buyers notice. Here’s the thing: designer baths and well-planned bathroom upgrades consistently rank alongside kitchen renovations and energy-efficient improvements as the changes that genuinely move the needle on property value. A tired bathroom signals neglect. A fresh, considered one signals care — and in a competitive UK housing market, that distinction matters more than most sellers expect. Small Room, Outsized Impact Bathrooms punch above their weight.…
Electric vehicles are truly hitting their stride across the UK. If you’ve kept an eye on the latest data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, you will know that roughly one in six new cars hitting our roads is now fully electric. This shift is only going to accelerate as we head toward the 2030 milestone, which is the point where the government plans to end the sale of new petrol and diesel models. If you’ve been out and about lately, you might have spotted cars sporting a distinctive green strip on their registration plates. These are known…
Geotab Uses Hyundai’s Built-In Telematics to Give European Fleet Operators a Hardware-Free Data Solution
Supported Hyundai vehicles now feed GPS, maintenance alerts, and EV metrics directly into MyGeotab via the cloud, with no aftermarket installation required Geotab has rolled out a telematics integration for Hyundai vehicles in Europe that works through connectivity already embedded in supported models at the factory. Vehicle data travels from those built-in systems to the MyGeotab platform via the cloud, bypassing the need for any additional hardware. That approach removes the equipment and installation costs that fleet operators typically face when connecting vehicles to a telematics platform. The integration covers both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EV), giving…
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will host the Jordan–EU Investment Conference 2026 on 21 April at the Dead Sea. His Majesty King Abdullah II will serve as patron of the event, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will attend alongside senior European and international officials and investors. TURKCIMENTO Says CBAM Default Values Create an Uneven Playing Field for Turkish Cement Exports
The Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association (TURKCIMENTO) has issued a statement on the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), following the European Commission’s publication of omnibus legislative amendments on 17 October 2025 and the entry into force of implementing regulations in December 2025. TURKCIMENTO says the mechanism places Turkish cement producers at a disadvantage that has nothing to do with their actual carbon output. Its members use national monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems that follow EU methodology to record their emissions. The EU does not currently accept this data under CBAM, and instead applies default emission values that are far…
Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh has opened Aquamania Jungle Park, a new aquapark that sits alongside the hotel’s existing facilities on the Red Sea coast. The park covers 35,000 square metres and runs 28 waterslides. Younger guests have access to dedicated children’s ride zones, and a splash area called Ride House gives smaller children a space built around them. The 350-metre Water Coaster forms the centrepiece of the park’s ride lineup. A tubing ride built on Hive Technology also features, making Rixos Radamis the first property in the Middle East to run this system. A food court and kiosks sit…
Charts tell the story of price movement. Patterns emerge, trends develop, and opportunities appear to those who know how to read them. But poor charting tools turn analysis into guesswork. Laggy updates, limited indicators, or clunky interfaces make technical analysis frustrating rather than functional. Charting quality determines whether technical traders can execute their strategies or need to look elsewhere. Features that sound good in marketing often fall apart in actual use. The difference between functional charts and problematic ones shows up when someone tries to identify a pattern during live market conditions. This Yureplex.com Review examines Yureplex, focusing on charting…
