Who Is in the Big Brother Season 28 Cast?
Despite pre-season rumours that returning players might flood the house, the Big Brother Season 28 cast is largely fresh faces. The one returning player is Angela Murray, who previously competed on season 26. Beyond that, the house pulled in cross-reality talent: Survivor alums Rick Devens and Dee Valladares are both playing, and Jason De Puy, who competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race, also entered the house.

The Last-Minute Swap: Levi Banks Out, Yash Patel In
Yash Patel’s place in the house came with a backstory. According to Cosmopolitan, Patel was brought in as a last-minute substitute just days before the premiere after Levi Banks was removed from the cast. The reason given was a breach of the show’s contract. The Sun reported that Banks was pulled from season 28 following that alleged contract breach, with Patel stepping in as the alternate.
Banks has since broken his silence on being removed, though the specifics of what triggered the breach have not been publicly confirmed. What is confirmed: Patel is in, Banks is not, and the swap happened close enough to launch that it rattled the pre-season build-up.
BB28 Evictions So Far
Five houseguests have already been evicted from the Big Brother Season 28 house. In order, the eliminations so far:
Ashley Trail (bartender, Alton, Illinois), evicted on Day 10. Jack “Rome” Seymour (pickleball coach, Traverse City, Michigan), evicted on Day 17. Jason De Puy (drag queen, Los Angeles, California), evicted on Day 24.
Lyric Medeiros (attorney, Honolulu, Hawaii), evicted on Day 31. Chuk Anyanwu (supply chain analyst, Dallas, Texas), evicted on Day 38.
