If you’ve been eyeing Apple deals on Amazon and waiting for a reason to pull the trigger, Labour Day weekend (running 5 to 7 September) is giving you one. Amazon has cut prices across AirPods, iPads, MacBooks and accessories, with some discounts matching the lows seen during Prime Day in July.
The standout is the AirPods 4, now down to $99, a 23% reduction from their $129 list price. That is the same price point they hit during Prime Day, which makes it a genuine low rather than a routine markdown. If you missed July, here is your second shot.

Shopping editor Sarah Maberry, who tracks these price movements for a living, has flagged several deals worth moving on before the weekend is out. The key caveat: stock is already thinning. Maberry noted that no fewer than six deals disappeared while she was compiling the list, so waiting around is a risk.
The AirPods Pro 3 are 20% off at $199 (down from $249), and the AirPods Max 2 are sitting at $479 after a 13% cut. For anyone who does a lot of commuting, travel or gym sessions where audio quality matters, those are meaningful savings on kit that normally holds its price stubbornly.
On the tablet side, the standard Apple iPad has dropped 11% to $399, while the iPad Air is down 13% to $649. The Apple Pencil is also 23% off at $99 if you use one for notes, sketching or training plans.
MacBooks, Accessories and What to Skip
Select 2026 MacBook models are also discounted. The 2026 MacBook Pro is showing a 10% reduction, bringing it to $2,699 from $2,999. That is not a jaw-dropping percentage, but on a machine at that price point the saving is real.
Accessories are worth a look too. The MagSafe Charger is 18% off at $40, and the Dual USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter has had the biggest percentage cut of the lot at 34%, down to $39 from $59. The Apple USB-C to USB-C Woven Charge Cable is 21% off at $15. Small spends individually, but useful if you have been putting off replacing worn-out cables and chargers.
The AirTag 4-Pack is 19% off at $80. Maberry calls it a top pick for travel, handy for kit bags, bike locks or luggage.
One item to hold off on: all Apple Watches are currently full price. Maberry recommends waiting rather than paying top dollar now, with Black Friday in November offering a more likely window for Watch discounts.

The backdrop to all of this is that Apple tech has become more expensive, with recent price increases already in effect and more expected. That context matters when a genuine discount appears: the gap between sale price and where prices might settle is wider than it used to be.

This Labour Day weekend sits between those two events and is not always a reliable sale window. The fact that there are notable markdowns at all makes this a less predictable but still worthwhile moment to shop.
