? Week1 – Take a break away from your desk
Making sure you take your breaks is important, but taking your breaks away from your desk even more so. This week get in to the habit of moving away from your screen and moving to a different room of the house, or in the garden. Even a 5 minute break from the laptop screen helps your wellbeing, allowing you a little headspace and time to re-focus. Whilst doing this you are moving more and taking extra steps
