Nuns Moor Park
Nuns Moor Park is located 1km from the city centre on the junction of Brighton Grove and Nuns Moor Road.
The park includes a good mix of formal and semi-natural features, including a wild grassed area with well established trees and shrubs offering welcome shade, and the illuminated walkway known as Bird Cage Walk.
A network of paths provides easy access around the park.
There is a bowing green with a pavilion and two tennis courts.
On the opposite side of Brighton Grove the park is open playing fields, a popular venue for informal games of football and cricket.
