Bus: The nearest bus stops are close to the main Scrogg Road entrance and Titan Road bus terminal to the east of the park.

Walker Park

Walker Park is located in the east of Newcastle and is a welcome open green space in what is a well-populated part of the city.

The park is the only significant example of mature trees and shrubs in the immediate area and has a series of pathways that lead across and around the park.

Within the Walker Park there are two bowling greens with a pavilion, two tennis courts and a basketball court, which can also be used for five a side football. The park has two designated football pitches, which are used by local clubs for league games.
