'Us Girls' now in Toon
For females aged 16+
Active Newcastle recently added a new member of staff to their Raising Participation Team via funding from StreetGames.
Sarah Bennett is the StreetGames Development Worker focusing on the ‘Us Girls’ project. There are over 50 organisations nationally delivering ‘Us Girls’ work and Active Newcastle has been lucky enough to be selected as one of these organisations.
‘Us Girls’ aims to get females aged between 16 – 25 more active through different sessions and activities including Zumba, Netball and Boot Camp.
