Yoga for Kids

Fridays 17.45 - 18.45.

This Yoga session is for young people (8-14 year olds).

Jambo's style is a blend of Ashtanga & Forrest Yoga and uses adaptations of funky postures and sports science.

Vinyasa Krama basically means to derive intelligent sequence. Expect FUN postures, a light sense of humour and a lot of energy in these classes.

There is always plenty of help, an apex posture to work towards and a focused relaxation to end.
