An exercise session for mums wanting to get back into shape after having a baby.
Each exercise consists of power walking and resistance exercises to tone those troublesome areas - the ultimate buggy work-out for new mums.
No childcare needed, bring your baby in your buggy.
Fridays 10.30 - 11.30 (meet at the entrance next to the lake).

What to wear: Please make sure you (and your baby) come comfortably and appropriately dressed for the weather. You should wear good fitting trainers or sturdy walking shoes and a good fitting supportive bra. It is recommended that you should also bring a bottle of water so that you can re-hydrate during and after the session.Please note: you should have had your 6-8 week post natal check and approval to exercise from your GP.
