If you’ve ever wanted to give judo a go, or just fancy trying something new then this judo session is for you.

For young people (aged 11 – 19) and free - the class will run every Tuesday from 18.00 - 19.30.

Judo training is a great form of exercise that builds stamina and strength, improves co-ordination and flexibility, and is also ideal for building self-esteem.
