Hula Hooping is a great way to stay fit, have fun, make friends and tone those problem areas (bums and tums).
It's also fantastic for strengthening core stability and improving balance and coordination.
Etrois run Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Hoop Jamming Courses.
The great thing about Hula Hooping is that to get started on the Beginners Course, experience isn't essential, it's about getting you moving and burning those calories.
Hula hoops are provided for you, so all you need to do is turn up!
Drop-In Sessions take place on Sundays 10.00 - 11.00am (£5 per drop-in session).
Hoop Development Courses are on Sundays 11.00 - 12.00 (£30 for a 6wk course).
