This is a class based on modern, fast paced dance routines from popular artists.
Every six week course looks at a new routine. It could be from the best MTV Divas like Beyonce and the Pussy Cat Dolls, or it could be a routine choreographed by Etrois' founder Ellouise Hempstead.
Whichever it is, BK is a great way to stay fit, learn to dance like your favourite divas and look sexy in the process. Incorporating cardiovascular movements with the sexiest forms of dance and poise, BK will have you shedding those calories in no time. It's fun, a great way to make new friends, build confidence and keep fit at the same time.
If you love to dance and you’d love the chance to perform, then contact us about our BK Flash Mob. Over a 12 week course you’ll learn one of our BK routines ready for a Flash Mob performance somewhere in Newcastle. Routines and locations change every course.
Classes are on Thursdays 19.25 - 20.25 and 20.30 - 21.30.
Cost is £30 for a six week course.
