Prior experience is neither expected nor required.
All new starters are treated as beginners, irrespective of experience.
Mondays 7 - 9pm.
The first hour of training is suitable for students wanting health-only training and is specifically designed for the over 50's. Techniques include tai chi, qigong, neigong, fall prevention, body awareness, strength building, and mild stretching.
Students may remain for a second hour of training where the focus is on aspects such as kung fu, self defence, and tai chi as a martial art.
