If you are a complete beginner or recovering from injury - this group is for you. 

Session is on Wednesdays from 18.00 - 19.00 (Intermediates - 3 miles or more) and 19.00 - 20.00 (Beginners).

Only £30 for 10 weeks, includes t-shirt and water bottle.
