Ladies Swimming and Aqua Aerobic classes
These swimming and aqua aeobic classes are for any females aged over 16.
Sessions take place, in the Hydro Therapy Pool as well as the swimming pool, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8pm. Cost is £2.
