Ballet Fit
Tone and Sculpt your body like a dancer’s in a fun, no pressure environment.
This class is perfect for beginners or those who danced when they were younger and want to give it another go.
Focusing on the basic postures and moves of ballet, the class will teach grace, co-ordination and technique while improving flexibility.
Thursdays 8.30-9.30pm for six weeks (finish 9th August)
Course cost is £30 and booking is essential.
