Boxercise uses training techniques that have been used by boxers for many years to keep fit.
Classes can be varied and will be led by a qualified instructor.
A typical class might consist of shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at both men and women of all ages and fitness standards.
Boxercise training is also is a safe way to release your aggression in a channelled and controlled way, as no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent.
