Sauna
A sauna is a room heated to a temperature higher than normal. People go into saunas to sweat which is a great way to release toxins from the pores of the skin. A saunas temperature can range between 60 - 80°C. You can control the moisture content in the air by how much water has been thrown on the rocks and how hot the stove is.
You can stay in the sauna as long as you feel comfortable. Just listen to your own body and do what feels good. If you start feeling uncomfortable, get out, cool down and go in again if you like.
