Pilates is an exercise method developed to improve physical and mental health by focusing on building your body's core strength (your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.
Pilates develops muscles without adding bulk, and increases flexibility and agility while also toning stomach and thigh muscles. In addition Pilates also helps you develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body to work in harmony.
Being a Healthy Living Centre we aim to help our users find ways of keeping themselves and their families away from the doctors.
