Legs Bums and Tums (LBT) the answer is in the name! LBT mixes an aerobic warm up and fat-burning lower body routines with Pilates and resistance exercises to tone the muscle and shape of the body. LBT uses effective choreographed exercises that are area specific for the stomach, thigh and buttocks. This body conditioning class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and is led by a trained instructor.
The body will benefit from tonning and shape especially to the stomach, thigh and leg and also a general increased level of fitness. This programme could lead to increasing levels of fitness and ability through continuation of classes.
