Jui Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu is the Japanese art of attack and defence against an armed or unarmed opponent by grasping or striking so that the opponent’s own weight and strength are used against them. As well as these self-defence techniques, students will learn movement, balance, and how to fall safely.
Jiu Jitsu training is a great form of exercise providing an excellent cardiovascular workout, improving your stamina, together with overall fitness. The nature of the sport will help to develop physical strength as a direct result of trying to dictate and control the movement of your opponent. Better flexibility will also be achieved together with improved balance and stability. Jiu Jitsu will also help to improve your reflexes and mental response time.
