Circuit Training

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. A great time saver, it can be a refreshing and fun change from the more monotonous types of exercise.

Classes are lead by a trained instructor who will provide support and motivation to help you get round the circuit.

A circuit class typically consist of multiple different exercises or stations completed in timed blocks with regular timed rest periods between each exercise. Circuit training can be tailored to the individual and is an excellent class for all levels of fitness.
