Aerobics is a popular feel-good exercise class that combines aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. The goal is to improve all elements of fitness and helps to burn calories. Aerobics classes are usually performed to motivating music, usually in a group led by a qualified instructor.
Classes tend to be divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. Regular aerobics can be helpful in preventing illness and promoting physical fitness.
