Why I like to keep active:
"I like to swim at least a couple of times a week"
I like to swim at least a couple of times a week. I find swimming is a great full body workout, good cardiovascular exercise and is easy on the joints as there is none of the high impact that you find with many other activities.
"I teach Tae Kwon Do"
