Why I like to keep active:

"I cannot sit still..."

...and tend to get bored easily; unless, of course, Olympic Weightlifting is involved. I could do it 24/7. My dreams are about it; I read books about it; I coach it; I compete in it; and it challenges me all the time. So, because of that, I am trying to spread my "love bug" for weightlifting to everyone in the North East. So, please come along to "Raise The Bar" club and raise your bar.
