Why not see buildings from a different perspective and take the stairs. Take the stairs at work, walk to the next floor to a meeting, sit on the top deck of the bus or walk up the stairs instead of the escalator when out shopping. Most things we do daily involve us moving and being active and adding stairs instead of using the lift can be one of them.
There are a lot of ways you are already active and a lot of ways you can choose to add more. See our guide about being active at home, work, play and travel.
